Is it possible to batch/bulk edit variation quantities?

The only way I can see how to do it now is double click on the variation, put a number in "Actual number in physical inventory", click "Adjust Inventory Levels", then Done, and go to the next one.

But many of our variations share the same parts, so for instance if I run out of Component A, that may be 100 variations I need to change listed quantity on.

Thanks! Dave H.

Hi DMH, I have a similar setup like you with many variation listings sharing components and sometimes same skus.

I have been using a flatfile to do this.  Go to SELL ITEMS, select your variation listings and then export your inventory with EXPORT > INVENTORY. Then use excel to filter the skus within the variations and adjust as needed.  Save, then import back into sixbit, making sure to check " Update Running listings" while you upload.

Hold on to that file.  When you get your product back in stock, you can use it to quickly it back online.

Hope this helps!
