eBay is requiring that you use eBay shipping labels for their new guaranteed delivery program.  We currently use endicia through sixbit for our postage.  Is there a way to integrate eBay shipping labels into sixbit to where you can print the labels through sixbit (like we do with endicia) without having to do it directly from the eBay site?

We want to be able to opt in to the eBay guaranteed delivery program, but we don't want to completely change our process for shipping.  Does anyone know how to make this process work efficiently?  Will sixbit retrieve the shipping costs if eBay labels are used directly from eBay?  Maybe I'm just missing something.  Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Terry

Hi Terry,

We will retrieve the actual shipping cost from eBay if you print labels from there. In Options, just make sure you have the sync w/ Selling Manager option checked.

We're also adding in the rate table support you'll need to use more than one Rate table in the next beta for the door to door Guaranteed Delivery option.

John,

Are you saying that we will have to use eBay labels directly from eBay to use the new eBay Guaranteed Delivery Program?

To use the Handling Time option, yes. To use the Door to Door option you don't but you'll need the latest beta if you use more than just the default rate tables. The current versions only support one default domestic and one default international Rate table.

WOW! This will change the work flow of almost everyone in the Handling Time option. Which IMO will be about 90% of the programs users.

This is NOT good!!!!!
